- Review, evaluate and refine new recruitment methods and procedures
- Supervise recruiting team and report on performance while providing overall guidance to the team
- Track all recruiting metrics to identify and resolve issues affecting recruitment success
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Management
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in Recruitment
- Experience with Expat Recruitment from end-to-end
