BNG Trading Ltd is looking to recruit a Regional Branch Manager FMCG. Reporting jointly to the General Manager Operations and National Sales & Marketing Manager, this position requires a professional hands-on person, who has the ability to work independently and with initiative.
Specific responsibilities include the development of sales and distribution strategies, consolidation of client relations, development of new business, increasing market share, supervision of the day-to-day sales and logistics activities of a vibrant business and the management of a small number of staff.
Qualifications & skills
- Tertiary qualification in appropriate areas highly regarded but not compulsory
- Must have experience in the FMCG industry
- Preferred experience with the wholesale and retail sales.
