Oceanic Communications (PNG) Limited (OCL) is seeking a suitably qualified and motivated individual for the role of Regional Manager.

Oceanic Communications (PNG) Limited (OCL) specialises in outsourced supply chain management, offering their customers and partners unique distribution, logistics and sales throughout Papua New Guinea.
OCL PNG is a young dynamic company. This role is seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and highly motivated individual to further grow their Pre-paid Air Time distribution and Consumer Electronic Brands Business.

OCL PNG has the distribution rights in PNG for world renowned brands such as Logitech, Acer, Belkin, Canon, TCL, Philips and Strontium.

This role reports to the PNG Country Manager.

Main duties and responsibilities include

• Sales management of business including account management, effective call planning, merchandising, pricing, product promotions, sales training.
• Achievement of monthly sales and targets.
• Determine monthly forecasting and stock requirements
• Recognizing growth opportunities through product development and market segmentation and identify new product and new business opportunities

Job requirements

• Five (5+) years retail sales experience with a good knowledge in wholesale and distribution
• Considerable account management experience at both corporate and retail store level.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experienced in developing sales strategies and business partnerships with key accounts.
• Sound knowledge of merchandising, store promotions, advertising and in store training.
