Mainland Holdings Limited is seeking to recruit a Regional Sales Manager – Islands.
Responsibilities
• Lead and drive the regional sales team recommending strategic plans for the competitive market
• Achieve regional sales objectives by forecasting budgets and expenditure analyzing variances and managing corrective action
• Maintain and expand customer base by supporting sales activities and merchandisers
Requirements
• Grade 12 certificate and above,
• 5 years’ experience in selling and managing a sales team.
• A strong communicator at all levels and can work under pressure
