Responsibilities
- Lead and drive the regional sales team recommending strategic plans
- Achieve regional sales objectives by forecasting budgets and expenditures analyzing variances and implementing corrective action
- Maintain and expand customer base by supporting sales representatives and merchandisers
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate and above.
- 5 years’ experience in sales and managing a sales team.
- strong communicator and can work under pressure
