Mainland Holdings Limited is seeking exceptional candidates to fill its Regional Sales Manager role at its Tablebirds Division-Poultry Department, based in Lae, Morobe Province.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and drive the regional sales team recommending strategic plans
- Achieve regional sales objectives by forecasting budgets and expenditures analyzing variances and implementing corrective action
- Maintain and expand customer base by supporting sales representatives and merchandisers
Requirements
- Grade 12 certificate and above,
- 5 years’ experience in both selling and managing a sales team.
- A strong communicator at all levels and willing to work under pressure
