Regional Sales Manager – Southern


Mainland Holdings Limited is seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager – Southern.

The Regional Sales Manager-Southern is responsible for the management of the sales team, developing sales strategy, developing new streams of sales revenue, initiate activities relating to marketing, sales distribution, business development and product development to ensure consistent growth in market share in the Southern Region

Key responsibilities

  • Responsible for the Strategic planning including corporate positioning market and competitive analysis, customer segment selection and penetration plans and related product positioning
  • Oversees and manages the operations of sales in the region
  • Drive and implement strategic developments on branding and products through aggressive sales strategies across key segments to ensure that the company identifies and optimise a clear path to aggressive growth


  • Tertiary qualification in Business Management/Administration, Commerce/ Marketing or other relevant discipline.
  • Extensive years of experience in Sales Management with management leadership roles in FMGC is an advantage
  • Excellent commercial and business understanding
