Mainland Holdings Limited are seeking a suitably qualified, experienced and highly motivated professional for Regional Sales Manager – Upper Highlands position.
Responsibilities
- Achieves regional sales objectives by submitting regional sales information and recommendations on strategic plans and reviews to Head Office
- Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing annual budgets; scheduling expenditures; analysing variances; initiating corrective actions
- Establishes sales objectives by creating a sales plan in support of Head Office objectives
Requirements
- Minimum Education Level at Grade 12 or above
- Have at least 5 years’ job experience in both selling and managing a sales team
- A strong communicator at all levels and willing to work under pressure
