International Food Corporation has an exciting opportunity for a sales and marketing professional.

International Food Corporation Ltd, the leading manufacturer of Besta Mackerel and Tuna products in PNG and the South Pacific, seeks to recruit highly motivated and qualified experienced individual to fill the role of Regional sales and Marketing Manager.

The Sales & Marketing Manager will plan and implement sales and marketing activities in order to meet company targets for retention growth and profitability, also by leading and managing other outstations within the Southern Region.

Key responsibilities

• Promoting the company’s existing brands and introducing new products to the market.
• Analysing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals
• Researching and developing market opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company’s marketing goals

Skill and experience

• A Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or related field.
• Must have strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
• Experience in similar management roles
• In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing
