TISA Bank is now seeking a highly qualified Relationship Manager (SME). The role is responsible for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) to serve as the main point of contact between TISA Bank and its corporate customers in SME. Port Moresby Based.
Responsibilities.
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships. Build long-term relationships with key clients by providing exceptional customer service and understanding their evolving needs.
- Team productivity and performance in managing client relationships
- Work aggressively and increase market share.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a bachelor’s qualification in Finance, Banking, Marketing or related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in relationship management within the banking or financial industry services.
- Proven track record in managing and growing client portfolios
