Responsibilities
- Suitable leadership skills to manage and mentor a compact team and utilise branch resources effectively to achieve agreed goals
- Must have not less than (5) years’ experience in a similar role and is versed with the dynamics of the retail industry
- Must have reasonable qualifications from a recognized tertiary institute, preferably in Business Management and/or Sales & Marketing
Requirements
- The day to day store operations and business growth and profitability.
- Full accountability of branch P&L
- Achieving monthly targets including sales and Gross Profit
