Trukai Industries has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and highly motivated Rice Mill Shift Supervisor. The role will be based in Lae and will report to Production Manager.
Key responsibilities
The Rice Mill Shift Supervisor is responsible to ensure that planned production is achieved in a qualitative and safe way, be on the production floor to drive daily production targets, monitor manpower and ensure production related data are submitted on time to Production Manager
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology or related field
- Previous experience in a supervisory role in an FMCG company
- 5 years’ experience in similar role
