GHD now seeks applications for a Road Sector Manager (RSM) to undertake a long-term position based in Port Moresby until April 2022. The Road Sector Manager (RSM) will oversee the delivery of the Road Sector Group (RSG) work plan under the high-level strategic direction of the Team Leader and in consultation with the Department of Works (DoW) as needed.

Job requirements

Eligible candidates must have tertiary qualifications in civil engineering from a recognised institution and extensive experience in planning, managing and advising on road infrastructure maintenance. Also essential to the role is demonstrated experience in civil engineering service delivery, management of projects and experience in strategic planning and policy development for the road transport sector…..
