Ela Motors is looking for a talented individual to join its team as Dealership Manager in Lae.

Ela Motors is the leading automotive company in PNG with 15 dealerships nationwide. Currently it is looking to hire a Sales Manager who will report to the Dealership Manager in Lae.

This position is responsible for providing support and overseeing of the Sales Department Team. A key focus of this position is to contribute to the Dealership’s overall profitability and performance by successfully managing the sales activities and objectives of the Dealership, whilst promoting and expanding the presence of Ela Motors’ products in the market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Sales Team in line with the company’s established guidelines and values
• Ensure the Sales Department meets the set targets as needed
• Monitor sales activities and compile scheduled reports for submission to management

Qualifications

• At least 3 years experience in sales management
• A sales or business related tertiary qualification advantageous
• Knowledge in Reynolds & Reynolds ERA system would be advantageous
