HGDC is looking for two experienced Security Managers for its Hides Site Operations.

HGDC is the umbrella landowner company representing 15 regional landowner companies and has been operating for over ten years. It is mandated to develop and promote local and national content in the upstream section of the PNG LNG Project.

We are looking for two experienced, skilled, emotionally and cognitively intelligent Security Managers to be based at our Hides Site Operations.

Key responsibilities

• The Security Managers are responsible for providing security management services at Hides Site Operations which include: Para, Juni, Komo and Tokaju Camps, the quarry operations at Timalia, Anguale, Tipu Tipu and Opai; various Road Works Projects in the area including Angore.
• Provide Security Escort for the weekly ground transport trip for rotational/ business travelers from Para Camp to Mt Hagen and back to Para Camp.
• Security Escort for HGDC Senior Management from Komo Airport/Hides and back as and when required

Qualifications & skills

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business administration or Management equivalent and experienced in security manager’s role in a similar Oil & Gas Sector.
• Ability to demonstrate effective organisational and management skills in security operations
• Demonstrate high level of interpersonal skills.
