Job requirements

• At least 5 years experience in security operations, preferably at management level
• Be able to satisfy and be approved by CASA as a fit & proper person under Part 108
• Be able to work under pressure with stability of performance and still achieve outcomes
• Ability to work unsupervised
• Manage a team of transport staff, covering rostering and personnel management
