One of Headhunter’s IT clients is looking for an experienced Account Manager to join its team in Papua New Guinea.
Headhunter’s client is an IT solutions provider that, due to business growth and increased client demands, is now looking for Senior Account Managers to join its Port Moresby and Lae branches.
Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact in all matters relating to client concerns and needs, ensuring client is happy with service provision at all times.
- Build and strengthen client relationships to achieve long-term partnerships
- Maintain accurate client records, keeping track of any contract updates and renewals
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Business from a recognised Tertiary institution
- Ability to multitask and juggle several responsibilities simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
