ABT Associates is seeking an experienced and outstanding Senior Program Manager, Women in Leadership.

Key responsibilities

The Senior Program Manager – Women in Leadership (WIL) will be responsible for providing overarching program management and operationalising PATH’s support to improve women’s leadership in health sector governance in selected demonstration provinces.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in a related field such as gender equality, disability or social inclusion, project management, international or community development, public health, , monitoring and evaluation, or governance and public policy.
• Five years plus experience in GEDSI, international or community development, humanitarian or health-sector programs is required. A demonstrated understanding of GEDSI principles and how they apply in development programming.
• Experience in broad coordination and facilitation internally and capacity building to internal and external stakeholders in GEDSI.
