The Australian High Commission (AHC) in Papua New Guinea is seeking to strengthen its pool of dynamic and experienced professionals for current and future Senior Program Manager positions in the Development Cooperation and Political Branches.

Senior Program Managers are generally required to undertake work that is very complex or sensitive and operate under board direction guided by legislation, policies, procedures and precedents. They are required to exercise a considerable degree of independence and perform a leadership role, including showing initiative, progressing issues and supporting team building and mentoring staff at more junior levels.
