Kramer Ausenco is seeking applications for the role of Senior Project Manager.

With seven offices spanning across the Pacific, Kramer Ausenco is a leading independent professional Project Management and Engineering Services organisation in the region.

They are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager / 2IC for their Port Moresby office in PNG. Supporting the Country Manager, the Senior Project Manager will be responsible for high-level management and leadership of the Project Team Leaders (Civil, Structural, Architectural, Building Services and Project Management) and will act as the 2IC to the Country Manager. You will be expected to:

• Support the Country Manager in all daily operational requirements
• Manage teams efficiently in order to deliver projects in accordance with contractual requirements

Job requirements

 As a valuable contributor to the team you will require a Bachelor of Engineering from an accredited tertiary institute along with at least 10 years post graduate experience in the consulting industry. In addition to this you must be able to demonstrate:

• Strong project management and project delivery experience
• Prior experience in a supervisory/mentoring capacity
• Solid communication, motivation and interpersonal skills
