The Australia Pacific Training Coalition (APTC) seeks to recruit qualified, experienced and skilled personnel to fill the Senior Skills Manager position based at Mt Hagen, Easter Highlands Province.

Responsibilities

The Senior Skills Manager’s key responsibility is implementing SNGI activities to develop national WET capability to deliver competency-based skills programs that meet of the needs of labour market as well as nationally accredited PNG qualifications.

Requirements

The Senior Skills Manager will collaborate with colleagues and partner institutions to facilitate and supervise the implementation of capability development initiatives, agreed projects and curriculum development while ensuring training and delivery requirements comply with the relevant Australian Skills Quality Authority (ASQA) for the delivery of APTC Australian Qualifications and the National TVET Regulations as required for the delivery of PNG qualifications.
