Job description

The Service & Installation Manager is part of the Origin Energy PNG (OEPNG) Management Team and reports directly to the Chief Operations Officer. This Role is primarily responsible for generating profit from equipment servicing and new customer installation revenue streams. Other key responsibilities include;

• Manage daily productivity and operational budgets and assist commercial sales with securing monthly revenue budgets for new installations and preventative maintenance contracts.
• Conduct customer site inspections, scoping work and procuring equipment in consultation with procurement and warehousing.
• Manage Projects and conduct quality assurance and audit of progressive service or installation work to ensure compliance to standards and procedures and ensure work is carried out as scoped with variations being addressed timely with customers.

Job requirements

The person they seek must have the following qualifications and experience;

• Bachelor  Degree  in  Engineering  –  Mechanical,  Chemical  ,  Process  or  equivalent  Trades Certificate and Experience
• At least 10 years of experience managing a service oriented industry
• Proficient understanding of AS/NZ related standards on LPG or equivalent fuels.
• High Technical Skills
• Proficient troubleshooting skills
