DT Global Australia wants to recruit an experienced and qualified individual for the role of Strategic Planning Facilitator.

DT Global Australia Pty Ltd is the managing contractor of the Pacific Horticultural and Agricultural Market Access Plus Program (PHAMA Plus) – an Australian and New Zealand Government funded aid program promoting primary industry exports from six Pacific countries (Fiji, PNG, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, and Vanuatu).

 Key responsibilities

• The Facilitator will manage the process to develop a strategic plan for the PNG Women in Coffee Association (WICA).
• They will ensure the strategic planning process captures feedback and views of all relevant stakeholders, so the plan is an accurate representation to address the challenges and objectives articulated by the stakeholders

Qualifications & skills

• Qualified individuals or organisations are encouraged to apply.
• Must have knowledge and experience of strategic planning processes with agricultural industry associations, preferably in PNG and/or the Pacific Region.
