ANZ PNG is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced personnel to fill the Talent & Culture Manager role based in Port Moresby.

Responsibilities

As a Talent and Culture Manger, you will be responsible for building, implementing and leading a team responsible for the day to day service delivery of HR Operations – Talent and Culture requirements with regards to T&C (People Soft/Ascender) Data, Payroll delivery and related regulatory submissions, and other employee benefit.

Requirements

• Well-developed interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with key stakeholders, all levels of employees and management
• Experience in leading the team. Strong leadership and a high level of ability to motivate staff to achieve personal and business objectives
• Has a process mindset with a good understanding of operations disciplines
