Pacific MMI now seeks a suitably qualified and experienced personnel to fill the Team Leader Human Resources role based in Port Moresby.
Responsibilities
- Providing sound HR advice and guidance to management and staff in line with company policies and employment legislation.
- Develop HR policies and ensure staff compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- Coordinate the company’s recruitment and selection process, including promotions and internal staff transfers.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resource Management or related discipline.
- At least three three years hands-on experience in a Senior HR Officer role.
- Sound knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
