PNGJobSeek’s client has an opening for an HR professional to join its team as Team Leader Human Resources.
This is a supervisor-level role reporting to the HR Manager. The successful candidate will have HR Generalist experience, and be responsible for overseeing the following HR responsibilities: recruitment, policy development and training.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the company’s recruitment and selection process
- Lead in HR policy development and implementation
- Providing advice and guidance to management and staff in line with company policies and employment legislation
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related discipline
- A minimum 5 years hands-on HR experience at a senior level
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
