Black Swan International is seeking an experienced and qualified Technology Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and advisory, management, and operations support for mission-critical land mobile radio (LMR) and telecommunication systems.
• Provide technical expertise and advisory support for mission-critical LMR and telecommunication systems, with a direct interface to mid-level and senior government personnel.
• Provide technical expertise and advisory support for nationwide communication opportunities and challenges, including operational enhancements that improve system performance; technology refresh and modernization efforts that improve capabilities; and consolidation strategies that reduce costs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science computer or management information systems, or a closely related field that included computer science coursework and three plus years of current, progressive, and specialized work experience supporting, administering and implementing complex, enterprise servers and applications.
• Associate degree in a computer related field and five years of related experience as stated above
• Hands-on, technical experience supporting a nationwide LMR or telecommunication system.
