An exciting opportunity exists at the BOC PNG Ltd office in Port Moresby for a Territory Manager to manage the growth of sales volumes of all products lines to segmented customers in the territory.

An exciting opportunity exists at the BOC PNG Ltd office in Port Moresby for Territory Manager. Reporting to the Southern Regional Sales Manager, the Territory Manager will manage the growth of sales volumes of all product lines to segmented customers in the territory. This will be achieved through customer acquisition & retention.
The Territory Manager will also assist the Area Manager to secure document processing and control is improved along with branch presentation and merchandising.
Key responsibilities
- Increase the profitability of your portfolio through effective price management and product substitution
- Ensure customer stakeholder’s perception of value and confidence in BOC as a solutions provider is maintained by managing call cycle and stakeholder maps
- In Line with the Regional Sales Manager, assist with the management and performance of Agents and Equipment Partners in our PowerZone
Job Requirements
- Advanced selling & negotiation skills
- Understanding of price management (gross margin, mark up, price and profit)
- Proven Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills (ability to coach others)
- Exercises judgement on when and how to challenge customer paradigms
