Nambawan Super Limited is seeking expressions of interest from talented PNG professionals to apply for its Trainee Director Program.

Nambawan Super Limited (NSL) is the Trustee for the Nambawan Super Fund, the largest superannuation fund in Papua New Guinea, with K7,6 billion assets under management.

NSL invests the contributions of members from both the public and private sectors for their retirement and has a track record of prudent investment and strong performance in recent years. NSL aspires to grow and protect member funds and to provide financial security in their retirement.

NSL is now seeking expressions of interest from aspiring Papua New Guinean professionals to apply for its Trainee Director Program.

The program is for a year and involves attendance at both Board/Committee meetings, one-on-one mentoring by current Board Directors and attendance at Board selected training.

Eligibility criteria

• A Papua New Guinean between the ages of 30 and 42 years old
• Have minimum working experience at Senior Executive level for 3 years
• Endorsed to undertake the Program by a current employer
• Have the time to attend all Board/Committee meetings as necessary
