The successful applicant will be required to design, develop and deliver training programs with the focus to expand the abilities and skills of employees across all levels whilst upholding the company values and supporting positive team dynamics.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in a Training & Development Manager position in an FMCG Company
- Demonstrated ability to identify business training needs and develop training programs that align with the Company’s strategic objectives
- Previous experience in the delivery of training packages with the focus on the employee with their transfer of learning to the workplace
