Coral Sea Hotels is seeking to recruit an experienced Training Manager to be based at Corporate Head Office, Port Moresby.
Responsibilities
- The position plays a leading role in promoting the desired culture around Winning Ways of the Coral Sea Hotel Group and the brand ethos
- Training Manager is responsible include communicating with hotel management to identify training needs and mapping out development plans for hotels
- Assist in creation of work within established Training department budget and control expense
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or diploma in Education, HRM, Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as Training Manager or similar
- Good understanding to prepare and monitor training programs for CSH academy
