Key responsibilities
- Primary responsible to assist business by developing, facilitating and supervising training programs for employees
- Assess needs of business, implement training and development plans and facilitate a wide variety of training programs that enhance the effectiveness of the workforce.
- Develop personal growth opportunities for employees
Requirements
- Have a minimum 3-5 years hands on working experience in similar role
- Strong exposure to working in a rural setting and dealing with people of all cultures
- Solid Workplace training experience able to deliver on business expectations
