Responsibilities
- Design a brand new leadership and development program for internal candidates who show potential for future leadership within our business
- Supervise and steering all other training and development programs from Apprenticeship training, sales and customer service programs and special needs programs
- Liaise with all Divisional managers on training needs of each business and develop reporting toolsto assist communication and assessment of each program or training requirement
Job Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in education/ human resources and or training with 10 years experience in delivering formal training and educational programs
- Leadership and mentoring experience
- A proven track record of developing and executing training and team development programs
- Have an understanding of budgeting and forecasting
