The Brian Bell Group currently has the following immediate vacancy: Training Manager- Brian Bell Group

Responsibilities

• Design a brand new leadership and development program for internal candidates who show potential for future leadership within our business
• Supervise and steering all other training and development programs from Apprenticeship training, sales and customer service programs and special needs programs
• Liaise with all Divisional managers on training needs of each business and develop reporting toolsto assist communication and assessment of each program or training requirement

Job Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in education/ human resources and or training with 10 years experience in delivering formal training and educational programs
• Leadership and mentoring experience
• A proven track record of developing and executing training and team development programs
• Have an understanding of budgeting and forecasting
