DT Global is currently seeking technical experts and operational staff for an anticipated USAID-funded “Electrification Partnership” activity. The planned activity will support the PNG Government’s goal of increasing electrification throughout the country through improved efficiency of utility providers and regulators, as well as the promotion of off-grid solutions and private sector investment.

Experts are sought for the following areas

• Energy Sector utilities experts, particularly in operations and financial management improvement and sustainability
• Energy sector regulations and regulatory bodies
• Off-grid electrification solutions for underserved areas
• Public private partnership development and private sector investment promotion
• Project operations and finance
• Gender mainstreaming
• Monitoring and evaluation
