The Divine Word University seeks to appoint a Vice-President Research and Higher Degrees (VPRHD). The potential appointee is expected to lead and direct the formulation of and manage the implementation of research and higher degrees plans, policies and programs at the Divine Word University consistent with the vision, mission and strategic master plan of the University.
Job requirements
- An experienced academic with a minimum of PhD degree and at least 10 years’ experience in leading and managing in a university environment;
- An outstanding record of research and publications in refereed journals;
- An outstanding record of supervision of research activities;
- An understanding of Papua New Guinea cultures or the ability to quickly understand and adapt;
