Pacific Industries Limited is looking for a highly organised person to join their team as Warehouse and Distribution Manager.

The role requires someone who is highly organized and detailed orientated as well as a measurement, results and a systems driven manager who can bring value to our operations and who will be able to take the lead and ownership for these functions. High energy levels, fitness and good health are mandatory for this role as well as that you are a firm manager who can maintain discipline and enforce compliance on all SOP’. You will also require good planning skills and to be a manager who sets high standards and who never compromises on service levels, efficiencies, productivity or results whilst controlling, leading and developing all individuals as well as a team.

You will have a hands-on and roll up your sleeves where necessary and a lead from the front approach.

• Ensuring customer orders are processed in a timely manner
• Engaging with customers and with other company staff
• Managing 50-100 warehouse employees
• Training, supervising and developing your team

Job requirements

• Solid and verifiable track record
• Computer literate with
• Verifiable references
• Significant previous experience and verifiable success in warehousing and in distribution is essential
