Westpac PNG is seeking a Business Manager to support the Chief Executive across all areas of the business by conducting analysis, tracking the progress of strategic initiatives and investigating trends and issues relating to the business in PNG

Key responsibilities

• Support the Chief Executive in achieving the operational and strategic objectives by providing a range of professional, operational and business support.
• Implement and monitor procedures and processes to ensure the successful and efficient management of the PNG Business.
• Perform regular monitoring, reporting and reviews of the PNG business performance, including key metrics for the PNG distribution channels.

Requirements

• A degree qualification in business, accounting or finance and equivalent work experience.
• Proven understanding of the current regulatory environment and specific country elements.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem solving ability.
