HI-LIFT Logistics are seeking an experienced Workshop Manager to be based in Port Moresby.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring that all vehicles and equipment are serviced and maintained within industry standards and compliance with local statutory bodies.
- Identifying and procuring spare parts both domestically and overseas, including maintaining inventory of stock spare parts.
- Monitoring performance of your staff and providing timely feedback and support, including regular performance appraisals
Requirements
- Formal Heavy Equipment Mechanical Training – Certification to be presented
- At least five years’ demonstrated experience in key facets of managing a Heavy Equipment Workshop
- Strong leadership abilities
