Hargy Oil Palms Limited (HOPL) is an Oil Palm plantation company based in the peaceful town of Bialla, West New Britain Province, Papua New Guinea. A remote picturesque location situated approximately two and half hours’ drive east of the Provincial Capital of Kimbe.
