Congratulations to the men who have come forth to stand behind BCFW! You are champions!
I succeeded to where I am with support and encouragement from my dad and many male champions and colleagues. The establishment of PNG BCFW with men to promote leadership and employment opportunities in private and public sector for women and eliminate Violence Against Women and girls is the most progressive move PNG has undertaken to date. The challenges of having more women in decision making positions and eliminating Violence Against them is the responsibility of men and women in positions to take action. The BCFW provides a very welcoming avenue for men and women to participate and make it happen. Gender equality is not only about women, it is about ensuring that men and women contribute and benefit equally and that they get equal opportunity to do so. Congratulations to all involved in creating this unique opportunity especially the men. I would like to become a member or participate in supporting BCFW and its work.
