The Managing Director of PanAust, Gary Stafford, has announced he is stepping down within the next 18 months.

Rio Tinto, 53 per cent owner of Bougainville Copper Ltd., has appointed Anne Lauvergeon and Simon Thompson as non-executive directors to its board. Vivien Cox will retire as a non-executive director from April 15, after serving on the board for nine years.
