Assistant Branch Manager
Brian Bell Group is seeking a Assistant Branch Manager to support the Branch Manager in ensuring effective wholesaling, distribution and retailing of agricultural products, expediting excellent customer service, achieving sales targets and managing team – Port Moresby based.
Responsibilities
- Promote & embody Brian Bell’s visions & values amongst team members and customers alike.
- Support the BM to carry out daily operations of the branch, ensuring sales, inventory, security, warehousing and customer service functions are maintained to a high standard.
- Assume acting Branch Manager role with day-to-day operations and team management in the absence of the Branch Manager
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree in Agriculture / Science / Business Management or similar, would be an advantage
- Previous experience as an Assistant Branch Manager or Supervisor
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in the agricultural sector dealing with agricultural inputs and machinery, would be an advantage.
