The Chief Executive Officer will provide strategic leadership across commercial performance, governance, risk, digital transformation and organisational capability. A central mandate of this role is preparing the Bank for successful public listing — strengthening governance frameworks, financial discipline, regulatory compliance, investor readiness and overall market credibility.
The National Banking Corporation Limited (NBCL) is on a major growth and transformation journey, driven by a five-year strategic plan. With public listing on PNGs POMSOX targeted for 2028, the Bank is strengthening commercial performance, governance and digital capability to deliver IPO readiness.
Requirements:
- 20+ years of senior leadership experience in banking or financial services, with experience leading large-scale organisational transformation.
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Economics, Law, Accounting or a related field.
- Postgraduate qualifications (MBA, Finance or similar) and professional certifications (CPA, CFA, or governance/risk credentials) will be highly regarded.
