MINPAC Construction Ltd, is seeking the services of a qualified and experienced Construction Projects Manager to join our Construction Team.
Reporting to the MINPAC Contracts and Construction Manager, you will be required to carry out the following Responsibilities
Responsibilities
• Collaborating with engineers, architects etc. to determine specifications of projects
• Negotiate contracts with external vendors to reach profitable agreements
• Obtain licenses and permits from appropriate authorities
Requirements
• Bachelor in Architecture and Building or Civil Engineering.
• Must have proven experience as a Project Manager
• Proven Experience in Building Construction projects & Contracts Management for more than 15 years.
