Shipping Manager (Lae)

Job Description:

Blue Planet Logistics are now seeking an experienced Shipping Manager to join our Logistics Team in Lae Branch.

Responsibilities: 

• Manage daily operations across all Lae Branch divisions (customs, wharf, and transport).
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Implement and track performance metrics (KPIs) as directed by the General Manager.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in business administration, logistics, supply chain management or relevant tertiary qualification.
• Proficiency in computer applications and Logistics software.
• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in shipping and logistics or relevant experience.
