Tininga Ltd is seeking a Group Hardware Operations Manager and will be responsible for leading, managing, and providing strategic direction across all Hardware Store operations. Mt Hagen based.
Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple retail hardware stores.
- Lead and support store managers to meet sales targets and operational Key Performance Indicators (KPI).
- Develop and implement merchandising plans, product ranges, and promotional campaigns.
Requirements
- A tertiary qualification in Business or Commerce is desirable or equivalent commercial experience
- 5-7 years experience leading and managing communications and production teams in international NGOs or Creative Industries
- 5+ years in a senior management role, preferably in a trading environment, managing a minimum of 50 subordinates.
