Chief Executive Officer

Responsibilities:

The Chief Executive Officer manages the Authority’s daily operations, executes the KCA Board’s directives, and advises the Kokopo City Authority Board to ensure efficient and effective performance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or preferably master’s degree in public administration, Business Administration or related field from an accredited college or university.
• At least five (5) years’ experience as a City Manager, Assistant City Manager, or in a similar senior role within a large organisation in government, semi-government, or the private sector.
• Must have the ability to manage and provide high-level organisational leadership, develop and implement organisational policies and operational guidelines and procedures.
