Responsibilities:
The Chief Executive Officer will be responsible to the Board of Directors for the overall strategic, operational, and financial performance of the organization. The role provides strong leadership to the senior management team and oversees the Company’s general and life insurance business in line with approved business plans, budgets, policies, and objectives.
Requirements:
- Undergraduate or Post Graduate degree in Business or Economics.
- 10–15 years of insurance underwriting and claims experience, including portfolio management.
- Demonstrated track record in strategic management and working with or as a member of a Board of Directors.
