Brian Bell Group is seeking a Branch Manager to lead Home Centre operations, lifting sales, profitability, and customer experience. With 67+ years as PNG’s leading retailer and distributor, the Group delivers household and industrial solutions nationwide. The role drives operational excellence and community service across key hubs, including Port Moresby and Lae.

Responsibilities

The Branch Manager leads day-to-day retail sales, warehouse, and inventory operations to meet sales, margin, and productivity targets. The role builds a high-performing service culture through coaching, recruitment, and performance management, and ensures compliance with cash controls, safety standards, and risk policies to protect assets and customer experience.

Requirements:

• Preferred: bachelor’s degree in business, retail management, commerce, supply chain, or related field
• Minimum 5 years’ progressive experience in retail, FMCG, wholesale, or branch operations
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a branch, store, or multi-department leadership role
