AIFFP PMO Finance Manager
AIFF PMO is hiring a Finance Manager for the AUD 4 billion Australian Infrastructure Financing Facility for the Pacific (AIFFP). This government initiative funds vital infrastructure projects in energy, water, transport, telecommunications, and other sectors across the Pacific and Timor-Leste, partnering with governments and private entities.
The Finance Manager provides strategic financial guidance to the PMO Director, manages budgeting, forecasting, reporting, controls, and compliance, and coordinates with stakeholders including AIFFP, TSSP3, DT Global, and PNG Government. The role ensures financial integrity and compliance to support effective program delivery.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; a professional qualification such as CPA, CA, ACCA, or equivalent is highly desirable
- Minimum of 7–10 years’ experience in financial management, budgeting, and reporting, with at least 3–5 years in a senior finance role, preferably within donor-funded programs or infrastructure projects.
- Demonstrated experience in financial planning, forecasting, internal controls, and compliance, with strong capability in managing stakeholder relationships.
